Dr. Vadeboncoeur is a physiatrist with a subspecialty in orthopedic and manual therapy. He spent two years in Europe, one of them in London and the other in Paris, to explore his interest in spine disorders and chronic musculoskeletal pain. For more than 13 years, he has been treating certain musculoskeletal injuries through extracorporeal shock wave treatment. He has a great deal of expertise in the diagnosis and treatment of pseudo-visceral pain originating in the spine.

A physiatrist is a physician who specializes in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of different illnesses affecting the musculoskeletal and neurological systems. He or she coordinates the patient’s rehabilitation.
